Had a questionnaire to fill in, asking for my levels of competency in various languages and methodologies, e.g. PHP, HTML, JS, Restful APIs, etc. On the day, we sat down in the fish bowl meeting room, just me and the owners, they asked me about my past. I had 4 other offers at the time so was also trying to assess them and I don't think that part went down well... It was all fairly informal, I said what I had done, at the end I offered to to a practical test and they said that would be a part of it later on. On my way home, the recruiter called me and told me they offered me the position.
