I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, and we had a 30-minute discussion about my qualifications. She felt I was a good fit, and we promptly scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager.
Approximately three days later, I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager, initially planned for 45 minutes, but it concluded after only 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it became apparent that the hiring manager wasn't interested asked basic questions while multitasking. As expected, I received an email from HR about three days later, stating they were moving in another direction.
