The interview process was professional and courteous. I didn't feel any pressure actually. There were three people in the room and they basically all asked questions as well as scenarios. I felt as though they understood my answers and welcomed them.

Very easy interview once you’re in.
It was through zoom with the National director, which sounds intimidating, but he is so nice. I’d recommend serving with the company before applying.
