We aim to deliver a good interview process, regardless of the outcome, and I am disappointed to hear that this was not your experience. I agree that Everspring has a comprehensive interview process for our Instructional Design roles; this process has been successful in giving candidates a good sense for the role and our culture (and us a good sense of their skills) before they join the company. We have found that this ensures our new employees' long-term success at Everspring, but are aware and respectful of how much time, effort, and emotion candidates invest in our interview process. For this reason, we work hard to make sure that we follow up individually with all candidates, and especially those who make it to the practicum component of our process. If we failed to follow up with you, it was both unintentional and an oversight, not our policy or typical practice. I offer my personal apology here.
