Was easy and pleasant. I spoke with the branch manager. He offered me the job on the spot. It was a phone interview it took less than thirty five minutes.
Just one phone screen call. They asked very basic resume questions and about your interests. Behavioral questions were pretty simple, "greatest strengths and weaknesses", "why eversource?", and other questions similar to that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Eversource Energy (Hartford, CT) in Jan 2017

Recruiter set up interview with group leader and department manager. Had a casual conversation in a small conference room for about an hour. Was one of the more comfortable interview processes.
