I Talked with prospective supervisors about past work experience. I was asked basic test questions of circuit fundamentals but there was nothing too challenging. The interview was pretty informal and was easy overall.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Eversource Energy (Westwood, MA) in May 2019
Interview
1 hour interview, basic quiz was given on circuit principles. Other questions focused on experience with electrical equipment, experience fixing things, and level of comfort working with electricity and high voltages.
