Interview
The interview process is straightforward. First screening call is with HR and then 2 virtual panel style interviews with team members and management. The biggest problem I encountered is the complete lack of follow up from anyone after the interviews. I was told I would hear back from someone in HR regarding next steps and I never did. After not hearing from anyone for over a month, I made the assumption I was not selected for the position.

Initial phone screen with hiring manager. Then an hour long interview with the team. Phone screen asked about my background and experience. Interview with the team asked about my experience and a few behavior questions. Overall, it seemed like a straight forward process.

I first spoke with a recruiter and then was contacted by a generalist who scheduled a virtual interview with 3 managers. We spoke for over an hour and at the end was given very positive feedback and essentially told to contact them should another company want to hire me. That was over 3 months ago and despite following up with everyone I spoke to, I still do not know if the position closed or was filled. They need to work on candidate experience because lack of response is dishonest and unprofessional and I would not reccomend my network for fear they would receive the same treatment. Learn and do better.
