I had to record a 30 min one-way interview when applying (that was awkward) then I had a 2nd interview with a current employee in the role. My 3rd interview was with a leadership team and the previous employee I interviewed with. The wait time for any movement was 4+ weeks start to finish. The interviews went great and I felt confident; however, they told me I’d receive a response on next steps with an offer and then silence. 2 days after I followed up I got the generic rejection email stating the role was already filled - how classy.
Oh and expect them to focus on your past managers opinions of you instead of focusing on what you bring and have experienced.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me one good thing and bad thing your past managers would say about you.
Thank you for sharing your experience—we sincerely appreciate the time and effort you invested throughout our interview process. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have felt, especially after multiple rounds of interviews and a period of waiting without clear communication.
Your feedback highlights areas where we clearly fell short, particularly in timely follow-up and transparency around hiring decisions. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we take this seriously. We are actively reviewing our process to ensure candidates receive clearer expectations and more consistent communication moving forward.
We truly value the interest you showed in joining our team and regret that your experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and respect we strive for. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention—it helps us improve.

Interview
Lengthy too many steps in my opinion ask about experience and personality questions. They want to know about your work history and your supervisors honestly that was a red flag especially if you're still working. I regret accepting the job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evernest in Feb 2025
Interview
This was a standard interview process starting with a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager then an interview with a few other members of the company.
