I applied online. I interviewed at Evergrowth in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was fine but definitely not a usual interview. The interviewer was very keen on me asking questions first and then asking him questions. But that's not the strange part. The stranger part was how he bragged about the hustle culture they have at the company and how employees compete to see who works overtime more to deliver. They are prioritizing speed and delivery over anything at the moment even if it is the employees' wellbeing. Which is fine if that's your thing, but a heads up is absolutely necessary.
Scenario: if a client contacts your manager on Friday evening asking for a solution to an important issue they are facing with the software and it needs your time and focus on the weekends will you do it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Evergrowth (Vilnius)
Interview
I had the first screening call with their recruiter and it was going pretty smoothly until he basically told me they expected me to work 7 days a week if needed and their CSMs have no work life balance (he claimed this kind of a mentality is typical in Lithuania which I highly doubt). In my opinion you should avoid Evergrowth unless you are completely desperate. If I wanted to work 7 days a week I would start my own company, not work for someone else and waste my life away.
