I interviewed at Evergreen Home Loans (London, England)
Interview
Awful, interviewer ended early as she had another appointment (I obviously wasn't important).
She didn't seem interested in me, spoke more about herself.
Didn't give a good impression of the company and I honestly feel that I dodged a bullet.
i recently went through the interview process for a Leasing Agent position. The entire process took about 45 minutes. It started with a phone screening conducted by the HR representative, where they asked about my background, communication skills, and general interest in the rental housing industry.
The second round was a video interview with the property manager. This part focused more on job-specific scenarios, such as how I would greet prospective tenants, handle difficult situations, and meet leasing goals. They also asked several behavioral questions like, “Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer,” and “How do you manage multiple priorities at once?”
The overall tone of the interview was professional yet friendly. They seemed particularly interested in my ability to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the team’s leasing targets.
At the end of the interview, they told me I could expect to hear back within one to two weeks. I also took the opportunity to express my enthusiasm for the role and how I believe I could add value to their team.

Interview
Easy interview process. Asked for prior experience and why I wanted to be part of Evergreen. Make sure your answers align with the core values as company culture is big here.
