Interview
Recruiter contacted me after seeing my resume on a major job board. We discussed my qualifications, the job description and then he met me face to face - I guess to see if I was real. He then arranged an interview with the hiring manager at the client location. He advised me what to expect and was pretty much on target. A second interview with other members of the client team and it was in the bag.

Question 1
The most difficult technical question was to try and explain how I write a requirements document. The best advice I can give to any prospective interview candidate is to bring samples of your work.
Phone screening. Will ask basic questions as well as the specific skill sets required by the role. Not a lot of time is allocated for each question. Since it's a virtual recruiter, sometimes you will be cut off.
