Did first round interview with HR, sent a thank you/follow up email a few days later and was completely ghosted after that. Its disappointing to invest time preparing and not even have an email to follow up.

Interestingly with Everfield you will get a feedback email even when they have not selected you for interview. From a candidates perspective it can be disappointing to be told you have not made the grade by individuals who are unable to select the correct auto reply messages to send out.
First stage interview with the recruiter. Was told I’d get feedback which I never did. 2 months later and still haven’t heard anything. Not good enough Everfield. Even if you aren’t progressing people, they have taken the time to interview with you, please don’t ghost them.
