The process began with an online assessment by Gallup, an interview with a person at Talia Holdings, an interview with a person at Ever Fresh, and a 90 minute follow up interview with Gallup

Many personality and situational questions are posed by Gallup. The interviewers from Ever Fresh and Talia stuck to the normal interview questions about experience and how situations in the past have been handled.
