The team is very confused. They don't know what they are doing. In the start they says that you experience for SE 2 position is not sufficient. Therefore, we will go with SE 1 position interviews considering your profile. They took 4 to 5 rounds for SE 1 profile. Interview reviews were good. Then they delayed the results by 2 weeks. After a week when I asked for the results they said for SE 1 round it was decided to go for campus hiring. Therefore, can't go ahead with your profile. They wasted 3 weeks or more for a thing which they knew from 1st discussion. They themselves don't know what they want.
