The hiring and interview process was quick, and easy. I filled out the online application, and within a week, I'd received an email stating that they were interested and requesting that I fill out an assessment. The assessment was different from anything I've every seen before, and was pretty much a test to see how resourceful you are. It tested critical thinking, grammar, and math skills.
About a day later, I received an email asking me to provide my availability for a phone interview. I scheduled it and the interviewer called me promptly. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and consisted of general get to know you questions, a simulated call, and follow-up questions.
Within a couple of hours I received an email asking me to set up an in person interview, which was done a few days later. My in person interview last about an hour and consisted of an onsite interview and a video conference with an off-site person (each lasted about 30 minutes). The questions were pretty straight forward, and both of my interviewers were organized and friendly.
Once again within hours I received an email from them, this time requesting 2-4 professional references from managers/coworkers. After that there was a bit of a wait due to my interview taking place right before a holiday. A week after my in person I was called and offered a position.
