The interview process consisted of a phone screening with HR and multiple rounds of 1:1 interviews with members of the team, some in person and some via videoconferencing. Overall, they were friendly people but I was let down by lack of communication and a poor interviewing process. HR asked for references from previous employer and a self-assessment to be completed before the final round of interviews in which I was finally rejected due to a bad interview experience with one of the stakeholders. After that I received a simple email saying that I would receive no offer. It is fair to say that HR called me after asking for it and provided further feedback but I found the whole process was not handled in the best way and I was disappointed to have been asked for references before they had made a decision. For anybody reading this review, make sure you have a clear offer from them before reaching out to former colleagues and line managers, they will ask you references from both.
