Interview
I received an email from Bala, who I assume is the CEO. He provides me his cell phone number and tells me to text him when I arrive on the day of the interview. The interview is very casual and is at a Blue Bottle in the city. During the interview, he had seen his friend down the street and paused the interview to text his friend and then briefly greet his friend. I found this disrespectful as a candidate because I had taken time to prepare myself for the interview.
It was really chill. The CEO met up with me a local coffee shop and we just chatted about my interests, my activities, and future goals. We had a thirty minute conversation, and he got back to me within two days.

Interview
Very casual process. Met at Blue Bottle coffee in financial district of San Francisco. Only lasted about 20 minutes. Basically just wanted to know why you want to work for Eventbee and why you want the position you're applying for.
