      Sales Representative Interview

      3 Feb 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Event Farm (Washington, DC)

      Interview

Because of its status as a startup, Event Farm employees are open to receiving referrals and interviews in all shapes and sizes. However, most often, interview processes start with phone conversations with varying levels of the appropriate team and end with in person interviews. My process was reversed because I was an employee referral, so I got to meet with folks in person about the gig prior to joining the team.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked about my sales approach, tools I had used, and asked questions about my drive, motivations, and strengths/weaknesses
