Evalueserve Data Engineer interview questions

It was good. Questions were moderate. SQL questions were good. Interview process was of 4 rounds. Company work culture is good. Projects are an issue in this company.Also learning is slow.

First round: HR call (It mainly asked about your background) Second round: Line manager interview (technical interview) The manager asked some python and SQL questions and previous projects. I was able to answer those questions. Unfortunately, after the technical interview, I asked for the feedback from HR side three days later. Yet, I waited for over 2 weeks, the HR didn't reply to me. He just disappeared. I think it would be much more polite to send a rejection email instead of ignoring an interviewee's email. Overall, the HR department is awful at managing the interview processes.
