Interview
1. met consultant and had a macro level discussion
2. met with immediate manager in a very casual and relaxed environment in a hotel lobby
3. as immediate manager is located in Europe we subsequently had 3 e-meetings
4. e-meeting about contractual terms
Focus of company was employment according to character.
