It was very relaxed. I had to have two one-on-one interviews with the managers. It seemed they were more interested in personality than background. There were a lot of questions about working as a team and collaborating with one another. It typically is mostly women who work there and you need to be a team player and not start arguments.

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
