Applied online through an Indeed ad, had to complete a personality quiz when I submitted my resume. I received a email the next day to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was about 10 minutes long, asked basic questions like availability, why I am interested in the position, what my prior experiences are in sales & memorizing scripts. At the end of the phone call I was asked to come in for a one on one interview, which followed 2 days later. In person interview was a little over an hour long, asked a lot of questions. May be one of the toughest interviews I have been too which was surprising since I have been to interviews in the criminal justice field and those were not even as thorough as this interview. However, I appreciated that we were able to converse easily due to my answers. I received an email with an offer letter 4 days later.

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
