I submitted my CV on-line. I was selected to do a test at an online assessment centre. I passed and was on a reserve list. I was then selected for interview. However, currently people can upload their CV to be considered in the database (see EPSO) without a test (unless selected for interview?).

Interview
Long winded & not clear. Seven people over a video link. Very impersonal & no feedback was given. Did not affect job one way or the other, bit cold. The questions were very vague & not work related, not clear what they were trying to assertain from the interview
