Interview
After applying online I received an email stating that my resume was appealing and I had to schedule a phone interview. It was about a week later. The recruiter I spoke with was pretty blunt and drilled me with questions instead of having a conversation. She sent my information along with her opinion to a hiring manager.
Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief
three step process
screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
