I received an automated email to set up a phone screening. Once I completed the phone screen I was able to have a phone interview which went overall well and at the end I was invited for an in person interview. Once there, I first interviewed with HR which was just generic questions about myself and college achievements. Next, I interviewed with the manager of the department. Then I interview with a team leader of that department as well as data review. I was asked if I would be open minded to data review in which I replied yes. Overall, It was a casual interview with classic cookie cutter HR questions. A fire things that I did not like was the fact that as the manager and I were speaking he mentioned about the company making money. Which I understand but I wouldn’t just come out and say that to a prospective employee. The next thing I was unimpressed with was that the team lead did not want to give me a tour. The only reason she did was because the other team lead kind of pressured her. Needless to say It was a very half assed tour. Finally, while I was touring the facility one of the employees was watching movies on her computer.

Pretty straightforward. I met with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some questions about my experience and expectations. They also gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions.
