After applying online the HR will call you to discuss the time to meet if they feel you meet the requirements. On a one to one meeting HR manager will give you the task to complete and leave you in a room with no cameras in it. Feel free to use the internet if needed. After the hour is out, somebody from technical support will come to interview you and review the results.
