I applied through university. I interviewed at Etix Everywhere (Paris) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pretty easy to be honest. Most of the lead dev at that time were people of my school that directly contacted me and other high-gpa student of my school to propose us an opportunity.
The rest of the process was mostly determining what you were interested in to see if there was a match with the several available projects.
I did not really had to pass any technical interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Etix Everywhere (Luxembourg) in Oct 2016
Interview
I got contacted by the Chief Happiness Officer via LinkedIn and we agreed on a Skype interview, that lasted approx. 1h. Subsequent there was another interview with the direct report, as well over Skype. Then we agreed on a personal meeting in the HQ, for what I was asked to prepare a sales presentation without getting any info about the company and offering, apart what can be found on the web.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
multiple questions in an online test with time restrictions, in order to analyse the candidates state of mind and business approach
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Etix Everywhere (Madrid) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was really tough, with too many steps in the process: diebriefing with HR, one test for them to know my skills with a software, diebriefing with the designers, diebriefing with the engineers, diebriefing with the CTO, another test to evaluate my teamwork skills, another diebriefing with HR...and a visit to Luxembourg.
A proccess that lasted 3 months and give you an idea about how serious the are.
