When I first walked into the office, I was kindly greeted by the front receptionist and asked to sit in the lobby until the panel was assembled for my interview. After the panel was assembled, I was greeted by the Vice President of Operations and he walked me into the conference room. I sat down in front of 3 employees and the questions began. One thing I loved about the interview process was that they asked questions where there were no wrong or right answer. They wanted to determine how your thinking process and observation process was dealing with real life situations. General interview questions were asked; however, the interview was not just based on these common questions. I felt welcomed and was very intrigued with the whole process from the moment I walked into the door to when I exited and walked back to my car. The actual interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and would have loved to stay longer if I could have. I received a call within a week after my interview, and got the call I was waiting for. "We would love to have you as an Assistant Operations Manager at our company."
