In person interview. Then interview with Hiring Manager about my future plans and goals. Negative experience, since no feedback or reason for rejection. The team was looking nice, however, I felt slightly discriminated.

HR is really friendly and helpful but their interview process needs lot of improvements. They gave one assignment and asked to submit in 2 days. They mention that assignment should take 4-6 hours but it’s not correct. It’s a small app development and it takes much more than that. The initial interview with director was good but the second round with technical team is a mess. I built the app using Angular 8 but seemed like they don’t know much about latest Angular versions. Asked so many questions around Javascript but didn’t review the code and application i built. That was very disappointing. I spent more than 10 hours for that app which I felt were completely wasted. 3 hours long interview doesn’t make any sense when it is not justified completely.
