Ethereum interview questions

Very responsive to request an interview after I applied. I met with the recruiter and they turned off on their camera for the interview. I never saw their face. This felt disengaged and unprofessional. Would it be okay for an applicant to turn off their camera during the first interview? No. Bad first impression.
