Eternal Robotics Computer Vision Engineer interview questions

I apply, no response for two weeks. I contact the CEO, then the HR responds, goes radio silent for another 2 weeks. Then a technical interview that was supposed to be an hour long but goes on for 2.5 hours. 1 medium and 1 hard LeetCode question asked. Another 2 weeks of radio silence before a one-hour interview. Then another month of radio silence. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to the HR for an update until after a month they finally picked up my call to tell me I was rejected. A timely rejection email is professional, but it may be too much to ask for. Overall, very disorganized.
