Phone screen, call with hiring manager, director, and peer. In the beginning, communication was great however after a conversation with the director, communication started dying down. I was told two weeks later to have a conversation with a peer but at that point, I was already provided two competing offers that I told Estee Lauder about. I've read some pretty bad reviews about this company in the past but I had decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as the role seemed interesting. Now that I've experienced how slow the interview process is first hand, I took that as a red flag and removed myself from consideration for this role.
