I applied online. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Sydney) in May 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview followed by an interview with two people who said they'd be in touch the following week. I never heard back after the interview and it's been 3 months now...
Overall good experience. The HR recruiter was very communicative and kept things moving through the process. Met with 3 different people who were all great. Felt more conversational in interview style which was nice because I was able to ask a lot of questions and learn about the role.

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very friendly, enthusiastic recruiter reached out to me regarding a position I applied to at GlamGlow in LA, only 1-2 weeks after applying. Screening was pleasant, met with Director who the position would report directly into soon after over zoom, not too difficult of interview questions, more so getting to know the role and getting to know each other. Emails were exchanged, told to reach out with any questions anytime or updates and i should hear back on next steps within the next week.
5 weeks since zoom interview- crickets. An automated rejection would have been better. No responses to any emails from recruiter or hiring manager about either outcome. Rubs me the wrong way, would appreciate a direct rejection or update on position being put on hold / delays.
