Went through 3 rounds. There was a shift in job expectations by the second round, making the job title look mismatched with the work. Judging by all the Q&A responses, the interviewers including the hiring manager seemed to have different definitions of the role.
Nevertheless I still received positive feedback regarding my interview performances throughout the process - until the end when I was suddenly rejected via email based on reasons which were vague, not in the job description and not discussed during the interviews. Almost like dealing with shifting goalposts.
It felt like a waste of my time. They give the impression of a disorganized management that posted a job without being sure of what they wanted. They are not good at communicating. Most of the time I had to chase after and follow up with them. If you are looking for a professional, organized and caring workplace you will have a higher chance of finding it elsewhere.
