There pretty much was none, however it took months after the interview and orientation to even start getting hours. I got the job in November and didn't start working until January.

I applied online and recieved a call the following day for the position. The interview process was easy, I cam in for a 30 minute interview and was asked to shadow the following week. The environment was great and the staff was very friendly.
