Essar Steel interview questions

The interview process was too long. First HR person contacted me and discussed about one hour then plant head did skype interview for almost 2 hours. After that I invited for the personal interview. There were 1 HR officer, 1 Plant head, 1 Operations head and 1 Vice president at interview pannel

Firstly they will introduction about the company it's project and salary. On the basis of written test they will select the candidates for the interview. In the interview they will that how you are technically sound.
