      Contracts and Legal Interview

      6 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Redlands, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Esri (Redlands, CA) in Apr 2014

      Interview

Two phone interviews with one potential supervising attorney and head of the practice group I was interested in. The interviews were relatively laid back, starting out with basic boilerplate interview questions and introductions from both sides. The latter half of the interview meandered through various topics, ranging from work-related topics to current industry news to school-related questions. Both interviews ran long, but only because the interviewers and I continued our conversation and let it take its natural course instead of cutting it short to fit within the allotted interview time slot.
