I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Esri (Redlands, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
It’s a long process so make sure you aren’t applying last minute. Mine took 3-4 months, while others had an even longer process. They’re pretty transparent about the process and let you know how many interviews you will have to do.
I applied online. I interviewed at Esri (Redlands, CA)
Interview
A lot of interviews with different departments/managers from other units. 2 initial with HR/technical, then all day, then one more with HR to wrap up the process. The all day interview is with about 8 different people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Esri
Interview
A series of interviews which include a phone screening, technical call and full day interview. The full day interview is not difficult but it is taxing. GIS experience is useful but not necessarily required.
I applied through other source. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Esri
Interview
Very long, full day interviews; role play, and quite exhaustive. Potentially goes past 5 PM. May request the candidate to also engage in a mock customer call. The post interview feedback process can be long and drawn out (up to 4-5 weeks) so plan accordingly.
