I applied for the internship position in mid April. The screening process took around 1 month and interviewed at Esquel. The interview is conducted in a group format and candidates are shortlisted to attend the second interview.
Pretty straightforward, answering questions online. Limit of 2 mins, can ask for extra if needed. Make sure to prep for answers beforehand as you have limited time to prep for them
The interviewers are friendly and nice. They just asked me some general questions that related to IT. Don't be afraid to ask for a question and prepare the talking points for common interview questions can help you feel confident and prepared.
