Round 1: Case based questions (shall prepare from case studies of ecommerce companies like, flipkart, amazon, meesho, myntra, blinkit, zepto, zomato, swiggy)

What improvements you will make on zomato's app to reduce the friction given it has been observed that a lot of customers select their order, move it to their carts but leave then and dont placr order.
