Interview
The interview process was straightforward i was phoned then asked to come in for an inperson interview the next monday. The interviewer was very kind, but very clearly had some bad employee experiences in the past. The questions were very targeted towards bad employee behaviour and clearly indicated a toxic workplace. I was told after clock in, you are made to read books which are chosen by the manager then must report what you have read in a company wide whatsapp groupchat.

2. Can you explain what an "entitlement mentality" is?
