First interview took place at the staffing agency. They more or less followed my CV and asked questions related to my work experience, checking the level of experience and work done in general
second interview took place also at staffing agency but this time it was recruitment manager of Ericsson.
He asked more detailed job related questions and questions to get a view on my type of personality , how i dealt with difficult situations, how i handled training sessions, which techniques i used when doing training assessment needs.
