Telephonic Interview and face to face interview. It was an average interview. Its not very technical interview as most of the Ericsson managers are normally non-technical. If you have experience in project management then it should be easy enough to land a job in Ericsson.

I had a telephonic interview with Manager and University Recruiter . It was 1 hour long based on my Resume and previous work experience. Some situational questions on Project Management were asked . They gave me an offer the next day itself.

Interview
One-on-one interview, Recruiter was very helpful and everything was well organized. Interviewer was very nice and realistic about job roles, etc. They made it seem like a very good place to work. No phone interview required. Had applied for another position and recruiter pointed this one out to me and convinced me it would be a better fit.
