Interview
I submitted my resume through a friend who was working at Ericsson. I received a call shortly after from the recruiter. We had a short phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. After the manager interview, I interviewed with the HR team (7 people) in a panel interview. I then interviewed with three division leaders. I interviewed with 11 people overall.

Interview
The interview process was quick & structured. The best part was that I met the HR head & was given a transparent picture of the role & the organization. Though the interview structure was complex & is designed to take out every possible information.
