Phone interview with managing partner, Phil Andersen. He asked why I had left a previous job. I told him I had been let go for being late, trying to be honest and do the right thing. He said he would review other applicants and get back to me the following week. The next week, I received an email from him stating that they would not be interviewing me further. I have since learned that a former employer cannot divulge information on how you left the job, only whether or not you are rehirable. Bummer.
