I had one screening interview with someone from HR who was incredibly nice. She had me do two personality/skill tests, one of which is not legally allowed to be used for hiring so I'm not sure why it was asked of me at that point.
I went in for an in-person interview which I thought would be with one person, but was actually with two which was sort of intimidating. In any case, everyone was quite nice, but I felt sort of belittled by a few questions. The people working here think extremely highly of what they're doing and the company's mission, for better or for worse.
I followed up via email and they told me that they'd definitely be in touch, and that they were planning on doing a second round of interviews, and I left feeling pretty confident. But, the next week they got back to me saying they already went with someone else for the role. I think this outcome was probably for the best.
