Gave a short phone interview. Just basic questions nothing difficult at all. Went in for a face to face interview. Asked me about experience in the financial field. I worked at a brokerage firm so this was just small talk. They then added an offer at the end.

- Series of questions about my resume and my past experience. Followed by an in depth review of my responsibilities and what role the company would play in my training. All around a very friendly interview!
