Interview
1. The phone interview - 20-45 minutes, explain job and schedule in person interview.
2. In person interview with a VP: 30min - 1 hour, more in depth explanations of the job and some easy personality questions.
3. Credit and Background check: a few days to a week
4. Submit study plan detailing how much you would study for the series 7 and 66 license exams.
5. In person interview with the district manager- 45min - 1 1/2 hours, questions about why you would succeed at the job and other personality questions.
