Interview
Two live interviews and a call conference. It was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable. They thought I was the best thing since bubble gum. Told me they wanted me to be the CEO in a year.

What do you look to accomplish in the next 10 years
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
