First there will be an initial HR screening followed by technical interview which is pretty standard explaining the role.
The technical interview was supposed to happen with two people but one of them didn't even care to join.
I believe technical interview went well but didn't hear back from them after that and got ghosted. They don't have the minimum courtesy to give the feedback and respect to candidates time. I have all the skills they listed in JD and perfectly answered all the tech questions.
There is something seriously wrong about their selection and process.
I was very interested to work in the company initially but the process they had made me realise its better I didn't get the offer. If they treat candidates like this in interview, who knows how worse it can be if you are an employee
